TOPS Flex Data - Public Beta Test Signup Form

Super Flex Beta is a free enhancement to TOPS Professional™ that is currently being made available in a public Beta Test.

Anyone using TOPS Professional™ with an active Maintenance Support Agreement may sign up to join the Beta. This Beta version of the Flex Data will replace the current version of the Flex Data. Here are some of the features that will be made available in the new Flex Data:

Define unlimited custom fields!
Convert existing Flex Data fields and data into the new system automatically.
Define field types for better data integrity, such as Text, number, date, checkboxes, etc.
Create default/allowed values, such as selectable lists.
Associate data with either an owner or a property (remains available after a resale.)
Arrange custom fields in the order that you want them displayed.
Create custom reports that include only the specific flex data fields that you wish to report on.
Define filters to reflect specific sets of data on reports (such as an age range on a birthdate field for 55 and over communities)

If you wish to sign up for the Public Beta, you must complete the form below, and agree to the Terms of Service for this Beta. Completing this form will enable the Beta for your entire company (based on your TOPS Client ID.) Each user will still need to update to receive the program, but only one individual from your company need fill in the form below. Any user testing the program may complete the Beta Test Review Form to give us his or her individual feedback on the program they are testing.

I agree to report any problems or errors I find to support@212software.com so that TOPS may address these issues prior to the official release. I understand that any problems or issues regarding this program must be submitted via email; phone support is not available while this program is in beta. I further agree that I will submit my initial observations and opinions of the Flex Data by filling in the Beta Test Review Form on this web site. I agree that a TOPS representative may contact me to solicit my ideas and opinions on this product.
