To create the eform, add the fields you would like to know such as date, time, number of people attending, length of event as well as a statement of the cost associated with the reservation. The next step would be to contact the support team for AssociationReady (a partner company, www.associationready.com) to add the PayForm field to the form and set up the account the funds need to be deposited into.
