Get the most out of your TOPS investment!

As a TOPS client, we want to make sure that key staff at your company is familiar with the entire suite of web based services that we offer, so you get the most out of your TOPS investment. Thus, Mike Curtis, our Client Services Team Leader, will be visiting with our web services clients throughout the U.S. over the next six to eight months.

One of his responsibilities is to make sure your managers are educated on the community web site service and the benefits to both the manager and to board members. He will also work with Senior Management to help your company take advantage of all areas of additional revenue/reduced workload available through the web site service. He’d love to come to your office to meet with Senior Staff and do a Lunch and Learn with your managers. He gives an in-depth yet enjoyable presentation on the community web site service that you can private label as a service of your company for board/community use. He is also available to present the community web site service at your annual Board Member Education event. Some of our clients pull all of their new board members together one afternoon in the Fall or Winter Months, walk them through the various board member responsibilities and then have Mike put on a company shirt and give a demo of the company’s community web site service.
