Please join us in congratulating Bruce Gran, he has been promoted to the position of corporate Vice President at TOPS Software. Bruce has many years of experience in the Condo/HOA industry where he helped found and is still part owner of a successful management company-which was his first exposure to TOPS.

Since joining TOPS in 2000, Bruce has steadily increased our sales. His contact with both customers and prospects give us valuable feedback on the wants and needs of this industry which translates into developing new capabilities in the software that keep TOPS #1 in the industry.

Bruce holds a number of industry designations from CAI, the most prestigious being the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM)--there are less than 1000 practicing PCAM's in the country.

Having spoken at several CAI National Conferences to many local CAI chapter events in addition to writing industry orientated articles in various venues, Bruce has grown to become a national community association technology educator. To that end, Bruce recently applied and is awaiting acceptance to CAI's national faculty where he will be teaching sanctioned courses for community association managers and management company CEO's on various designation paths.

Bruce will continue to oversee sales and will still travel to do trade shows, but he will also take a more active roll in the operation of the company and the direction of future software development.
