News From the Western Regional Office
The TOPS office in Phoenix, AZ is fully open and operational.
Staffed by Chris Layton (sales associate) and Dave Black (corporate trainer),
the Phoenix office services the entire western region of the country.
Combining convenient hours with the sales and training resources provided
by the on-site staff, this office should prove to be helpful in providing
for all of our western regional clients’ needs.
Both Dave and Chris have been visiting clients and prospects in Phoenix
and Tucson for the past two weeks; if you would like them to visit your
office, please contact sales@topsoft.com to schedule a visit. We will be expanding these visits outside Arizona
in the upcoming months.
The Phoenix office was opened in direct response to the rising demand
for quality association management software that now exists in the western
states. To further our involvement and commitment in that part of the
country, TOPS recently joined the Orange County chapter of CAI.
We look forward in the future to having even more involvement in this
region of the country.
Extended Sales Hours
The TOPS sales line is now staffed from 9 AM to 8 PM, EDT,
Monday through Friday. We hope that this increase in hours will prove
to be more convenient for our customers in the Western region of the country.
If you call the sales line after 5 PM EDT, more than likely you will be
speaking with Chris Layton from our Phoenix office, who mans the phones
until 5 PM MDT, 8 PM EDT.
Bruce Gran will be splitting his time, traveling between our Clearwater,
FL sales office and the new Phoenix, AZ office, ultimately making the
move to Phoenix a permanent one.
