Five Course Series on CCR/ACC Enforcement

On January 17, 2007, TOPS U will be offering the first in a five course series on the CCR/ACC Enforcement module. The courses will be offered every other month throughout this year, until the series is completed. Students who successfully complete all five courses in the series will be given the opportunity to take a test and become certified by TOPS as a CCR/ACC Enforcement Specialist.

The first course in the series, "Setting up the CCR/ACC Enforcement Module," is designed to teach the proper methods of setting up the CCR/ACC Enforcement module to be used as efficiently as possible. This course will focus on the CCR/ACC Enforcement process, the Control Info settings, and the intricacies of the CCR Codes.

This course will be offered during three time slots on January 17th: 10:00 AM EST, 2:00 PM EST, and 5:00 PM EST. The course times are first come, first served. We will make every attempt to put you in the course time selected, but may not be able to accommodate everyone. If the time slot selected is filled, we will contact you to allow you to choose another time slot.

The cost to attend this course is $150 per customer. There is no limit to the number of individuals within a company who can attend, provided you have the resources (conference room with Internet connection, speaker phone, projector, etc.) so that each individual within the company can equally benefit from attendance.
