Awwww!!! YAY!!!
Eve-N-You can understand our company family tree!!!
But who can tell it apart for all these children & grandchildren???
Well, since I'm an old timer, gather round and I'll tell the story.

*close your eyes... err... no, because if you close them you can't read so just pretend your eyes are closed.*

First there was darkness...
NO computers, NO Cell phones, NO texting!!!
EEEEEEKKKKKKKKKKKK !!! Say it wasn't soooooooooooo!!!

BUT... then there was a light, and Jeff saw the light and he was fascinated by the light and he captured it in a bottle like a firefly. The light was inspiration and it was bright and shiny.

YAY SHINY!

The year was 1979--two years before IBM released the first Personal Computer, and Jeff had a vision.
We'll just call this, the time of the birds & the bees.

TOPS Software, LLC was born in 1985.
LLC = Limited Liability Company
This would be like, a KING (or company) who ruled in the Marketing Sense of a kingdom.

From the King he had two children, Unix TOPS and DOS TOPS.
Unix TOPSand DOS TOPS were good software.

DOS TOPS evolved into TOPS EZ Pro and TOPS EZ Lite
Unix TOPS, choosing not to evolve, went the way of the dinosaur.
TOPS EZ Pro and TOPS EZ Lite were good software too.

TOPS EZ Pro birthed TOPS 2000™.
TOPS EZ Lite, taking the wolf pack approach, decided to help raise TOPS 2000™.
TOPS 2000™ was very good software.

BUT THEN!!!

The king, TOPS Software, LLC had ruled from 1985 - 2008.
It was time for the KING to turn over his legacy.
He decided with the guidance of Jeff (Capturer of the Light) to continue his legacy by the child of TOPS 2000™.

His name was 212 Software and he was born in 2008.
Our new KING!!! All Hail!!!

212 Software birthed TOPS Professional™ .
TOPS Professional™ is the most advanced & THE premier software you can get from our kingdom. (Or any other in my opinion.)
There is none better, and the people rejoiced.

One day there will be another software in the kingdom, and it will be OnPoint.
OnPoint is NOT born yet, but he has been conceived.
But. that's another story.
