Summer Time Training Special

The Training Department at TOPS wishes all of our customers a fun, safe, and profitable summer. We understand that although the economy is not doing that well, you still have an organization to run. We want to let you know that we are here to assist you with both TOPS questions, and non-software general accounting questions. Each of the TOPS Corporate Trainers has extensive experience with the TOPS applications, property management business needs, and association accounting.

An excellent time to schedule training sessions is when you hire new staff, or if you want to make sure your staff is utilizing all the cost effective features available in the TOPS programs. Even long time users of our software discover helpful new features or better ways of handling a process after a refresher training session to help make certain their staff stays current. Training sessions also help ensure that users learn to implement all the new features that are released as we continue to enhance the TOPS suite of programs.

We want you to know that there are several training and consulting options available. Select the one that is just right for you. One training option that many of our customers find extremely beneficial is On-line Training. We offer training and consulting on-line that is tailored to address the specific issues, and concerns of your business. The cost of On-line Training is $100.00 per hour. With a customized on-line session you can have as many people as you would like log on and be involved. During an on-line session, we can examine the set-up of your software to make sure that TOPS Professional™ is doing its job exactly as you need it to work for you. We will also assist you with any issues or concerns that you are experiencing. Another benefit to On-line training sessions is that they can be scheduled quickly since it does not require making travel arrangements. There’s also the added bonus of cost savings, as there are no travel expenses involved with on-line training. We offer on-site training and consulting if you feel that would better fulfill your needs. While we are always happy to meet as many of our customers as we can in person, we believe in offering solutions and options so that we can solve all of your training and accounting needs.

Being mindful of the economic times and in our constant effort to make sure that our customers have all of the support and training that they need, the Training Department is offering a 20% discount on all training sessions scheduled for June and July 2009. The discount applies to both online and on-site training, so training sessions will be charged at $80 per hour instead of the usual $100 per hour.
