
The Owner Database is the cornerstone of TOPS Professional™ . In
this module, owner information is maintained for reference to other
TOPS Professional™ modules. The owner database can track information
about owners, tenants, and previous homeowners. The Owner Database
allows you to:
- Maintain multiple owners on a single property, including current
owners, previous owners, renters, and developers/builders.
- Create an unlimited number of user-defined “Flex Data”
fields, with full searching capabilities, for customized owner
information. Design reports around Flex Data with our innovative
reporting.
- Attach documents, images, reports and form letters to owners’
records or the property itself. Form Letters and certain reports
may be automatically attached when printed to maintain a full
history of written communication with each owner.
- Choose from a range of options when performing owner resales,
allowing you to comply with association regulations regarding
ownership history.
- Generate up to 100 different custom form letters in our simple
word processor interface, using data stored in the software as
merge codes.
- Print phone lists, mailing labels and a full range of owner
reports.
- Track Board of Directors and committee members, including term
expiration dates for community officers.
- Maintain group owners, who own multiple properties in the community.
- Upload owner data to the TOPS
