Report defaults allows managers to define a set of reports that may
be printed all at once. This is especially useful for preparing
month-end reports for a community's board. Simply define the
required reports complete with all of the necessary settings, and
then, at the end of each month, print all of your reports with the
correct settings with just one click of the mouse! Report defaults functionality
is built in to the TOPS v3.2.1™ basic system, and does not require
any additional purchase.
Report defaults are maintained on a per community basis, so you
may define different report settings for each individual community
that you maintain. Report defaults may also be included in a Job
Streaming Job, to make month-end even easier than ever! The following monthly reports may be defined for printing in Report
Defaults:

Web Sites via the Web Reports Manager.
