TOPS Standard™ begins with the basic system, which includes the Owner Database, Administration, Utilities, and Global Functions. Additional modules and add-on features may be purchased separately as per your needs.  

 

Owner Database

 

Track owner names, address, phone numbers, and other contact information. Print owner reports including annual meeting formats, mailing labels, and form letters.

 

Administration

 

Activate user names and password security. Setup menu access security and community assignment grouping. Maintain system settings and master file data.

 

Utilities

 

Repair damaged data files. Fix out of balance ledgers. Maintain system security key. Share owner database with TOPS Professional™.

 

Global Functions

 

Perform functions across more than one community, such as lockbox cash receipt processing, direct debit processing, print community officer mailing labels or owner name searches.
