Technical Support Services

About Support Agreements

When new customers purchase 212 software, they receive thirty (30) days of toll-free technical support. After the initial thirty (30) day period, a Maintenance Support Agreement may be purchased from 212 Software under several affordable plans. These plans entitle customers to the following support features:

  • Toll-free technical support
  • Dial in modem support
  • e-mail support
  • Internet Updater
  • Free software updates

    Please note that training and database conversions are not covered under the Maintenance Support Agreement.

NOTE: Existing customers upgrading to 321™ will continue their current support plan.

 

Available Support Plans

Premium Support

  • Receive updates to 212 programs as they are released each year to keep your version of 212 Software current as new and improved features are released.
  • Internet Updater available for regular updating of software and distribution of new features.
  • Unlimited telephone support is included to answer questions and problems with 212.
  • Get priority handling of your technical support issues, typically within 45 minutes of your call.
  • There is no limit or additional charges for this support plan.

Multiple Communities

  • Receive updates to 212 programs as they are released each year to keep your version of 212 current as new and improved features are released.
  • Internet Updater available for regular updating of software and distribution of new features.
  • Receive up to 60 minutes of telephone support time each month to answer questions and problems with 212.
  • Support time over the 60 minute limit is charged per minute for the time actually spent.
  • For overages, there is no call minimum charge for this support plan.
  • Networks - An additional charge is assessed monthly to support network problems affecting 212.
