3) Change Work Order > Print WO function. Clicking on Print WO will always go to the Print Preview window. Click Print to print a hard copy from there. "Export & Email" button changed to "Email". This will export to PDF and create email with PDF attached, but with a blank "To:" address field.
4) WO > Control Info. Update Other Settings options. Removed the entire Printing Work Order section as it no longer applies.
5) Work Order > Work Order. Update main Work Order window. Removed the lower left options as they no longer apply:

The Database Checker will now only allow 1 utility to run at a time. It also creates a backup each time in the server's \TOPS2000\TEMPDIR\ folder - the backup file name is in this format:

YYYYMMDD = 4 digit year, 2 digit month, 2 digit day
HHNNSS = 2 digit hours (in military time), 2 digit minutes, 2 digit seconds

A second progress bar has been added when running either of the 2 "slower" utilities to track the record reading progress:

As with any utility, confirm you have backups of all your communities. Once everyone is out of TOPS, you have to run the Database Utilities program to modify your CCR databases.
1. Click Start > Programs > TOPS 2000 > Database Utilities.
2. It should be version 1.2.2 – verify by going to Tools > About while in the utility.
3. Again, confirm everyone has exited TOPS.
4. Click Tools > CC&R Utilities > Data Alignment Tools
5. Leave the default options check-marked.
6. All communities are check-marked by default. You can deselect communities where CCR is working as needed,
7. Click Begin to start the process.
8. Be patient while the utility does its job.
9. Click Ok when done.
10. You can select other communities to process or click Exit to quit. |

Select a Vehicle. Resolved an issue from
the Vehicle Information window when clicking
Delete. The selected vehicle will now
prompt to confirm deletion. Click Yes
and the vehicle will be deleted. |
