Internet Backup Service: When running the Usage Details report, it was generating an error message and the status window would appear to lock. This has been resolved. 

Internet Backup Service: Internet > Internet Backup Service > Maintain Backups > View Backups > Edit. Resolved an issue when trying to edit or rename a Backup and the changes did not appear to save.

Calendar > Scheduler > Internet Backup Service: The Scheduler indicates the last time the Internet Backup Service program was run. If the backup fails for some reason, the email report will give more detail on the status of it. The Scheduler reflects the time the program was run because if there is a problem, it will be easier to troubleshoot if the Scheduler accurately reflects when it ran the program. That way, if the scheduler date is not updating, we know the problem is with the Scheduler. If the Scheduler date is updated but the backup is not appearing, we will know that the problem is with the Internet Backup Service itself.

Internet Backup Service: Resolved an issue when saving TOPS community data files. IBS will now preserve the directory structure.

Internet Backup Service: Added error handling to continue backups in the rare occassion that the TOPS website goes down.

Internet Backup Service: When setting backups for files and folders, select a folder to backed up. It is displayed in the window. Exit and go back in to check the folder, it reverts back to the default. Settings were saving properly but the display was incorrect. This issue has been resolved.

Added a new option to the Internet menu in TOPS Professional™ that will allow users to switch from the new 'Files and Folders' backup program to the original 'TOPS Only' backup program if they desire. (Internet, Internet Backup Service, Use Original Backup Service)

CC&R Batch setup files may now be included in backups.

Removed the TOPS_RPT file from the backup routine. This file was causing community backups to swell disproportionately.

Added new compression option under the file menu. Users can now choose to compress files using a low compression (fastest backup time) medium compression, or high compression (smallest backup footprint on server but slowest backup time). By default, the compression is set to medium compression.

Detailed backup email report now includes error messages on failed files.

Corrected rare issue causing the community list to not display correctly.

Changed the name of the backup program file from webback.exe to topsibs.exe. This will prevent Iomega's Trend Micro antivirus program from incorrectly identifying this program as virally infected.

Corrected display issue in Internet Backups that caused the screen to resize automatically.

Auto Backup Now option now correctly performs an immediate backup for the current community.

An error in the online administration program has been corrected to allow all users to access and monitor backup files at www.212backup.com.

Expired file routine has been rewritten to now delete oldest expired files first, within the same community, or other communities if there are no expired files in that community. This solves the issue of certain community backups being deleted as soon as they expired, while older backup files continued to persist in other communities. 

Internet Backup now provides an option for PDF documents. 

Internet Backup graphics options has been replaced with the Attachments option.

Internet Backup has been updated to prevent the backup of temporary database files.
