Utilities > Mobile Device Utility > Enhancement: Added new feature to choose whether or not to sync data from the mobile device back into TOPS. Mobile Manager will now prompt you with a message box asking "Do you want to pull new data from the mobile device?". Click on Yes to sync back any changes made on the mobile device. Click No to skip any changes on the mobile device.

A record is open in any of the following modules: CCR, WO, SR or Gate. If you change the record and tap the Back or Menu icon, Mobile Manager will now display a message box prompt "Do you want to save this record before closing?". Tap Yes to save your changes to that record. Tap No to discard the changes.

A record is open in any of the following modules: CCR, WO, SR or Gate. If you do not make any changes and tap OK, you will now be returned to the previous window.

Community Fact Sheet Contractors now allows for multiple vendors per Contractor Type. Mobile Manager has been updated to show multiple vendors for each Contractor Type if they exist.

Service Requests > New. When adding a new Service Request, the Type is not completely displaying. This has been resolved.

Service Requests > Create Work Order button. Modified the Service Request add new process. Add a Service Request and save it. The Create Work Order button will now become active.

Service Requests > Notes. Resolved an issue when adding a note to a Service Request that contains at least one <CR> (carriage return). The note is no longer displaying empty "box" characters.

Search by Account Number. Resolved an issue when searching by account # in Mobile Manager. The account numbers are listing and sorting correctly.

Mobile Manager Sync. Error generated when trying to re-sync data. The error - "field is too small to receive amount of data you are attempting to add" has been resolved.

Utilities > Mobile Device Utility. When adding new CCR records via Mobile Manager then syncing back to TOPS, the report was showing number of records added. Not all records were showing in CCR records in TOPS. This has been resolved.

Resolved an issue when the CCR database does not exist in TOPS for the selected community. This was preventing this community from syncing with Mobile Manager.

Service Requests > New. Create a new Service Request in Mobile Manager and save. Tap Create Work Order. When syncing back to TOPS, only the Service Request appears in the records as an open Service Request. This has been resolved. The Service Request is now closed and references the open Work Order.

CCR > New. Resolved an issue when synching back to TOPS, the CCR record will now include the assigned code's Action Table.

Enhancement. Added a number counter indicator to the picture icon that displays "1" if a picture has been attached to a record or a "0" if no picture has been attached.

Enhancement. Added functionality to open a record, click on picture icon to attach a picture, take a picture with the device’s camera, and attach it automatically to the open record.

Enhancement. Added ability to sync in 1 direction only. Some clients choose to push updates to the mobile device only. They do not want to always sync data back. Mobile Manager Sync will now prompt to sync data from Mobile Manager back into TOPS. Click Yes to sync data back into TOPS; click No to push data to Mobile Manager without syncing. Clicking No will result in any changes made in Mobile Manager to be overwritten with the data from TOPS.

Enhancement. Added functionality to tap on a phone number and prompt to place the call. Note on Service Request and Work Order: Tap on the phone icon next to the phone number box. (This is to prevent interference with the functionality of editing the phone number.)

Enhancement. Released major upgrades and enhancements to Mobile Manager to take advantage of Windows Mobile 6 (and up) enhancements.

Enhancement. Forms for all modules have been updated. Form data will be more linear to help accommodate various mobile device screen resolutions now available on the market.

Resolved an issue with devices that have "square" screen resolutions (320x320, 240x240, etc). This is not to be confused with the rectangular screens on the majority of devices. The Browse button to attach pictures was not visible on devices with square screens.

Affects TOPS Professional only. In multi-user network when 2 or more mobile devices are connected and attempting to sync at the same time. Implemented a prompt with 3 options. Click "Yes" to override any other users who are attempting to sync; Click "No" to wait for the other users to complete sync operations; Click "Cancel" to cancel the sync operation.

The mobile device is disconnecting, possibly due to mobile device's ActiveSync program sync running at the same time Mobile Manager is attempting to sync. Generates a 'no device connected' error . Enhanced program to accommodate.

Comm Fact Sheet > Alt tab. Resolved an issue with the Community Name is wrapping incorrectly into the Name field by expanding the field to adjust to the size of the screen.

Resolved an issue that immediately generated an unhandled exception error: Could not find file "commfile.mdb".

Corrected an unhandled exception error during "Push" phase of sync: could not find a part of the path due to the location of the log file.

Resolved an issue with the Synchronization program opening minimized in certain scenarios.

Resolved an unhandled exeception error if there is no data for Pool Pass when accessed through Quick Reference. Same is true if Gate is selected. If Pool Pass and/or Gate Security data do not exist, that module's button will be grayed out in the Quick Reference window.

Data is saved when clicking on the Save icon, switching communities and closing the program.

If a sync session is disconnected unexpectedly, you can click Cancel to exit.

When adding a device to the Synchronization program: If someone clicks "I do not want to install at this time", it will quit out of the Add function and return with a message that says "The .NET Compact Framework is required".
