Form Letter in TOPS Standard. Resolved an issue when adding new form letters after deleting old letters re-uses letter #'s that are already in use. Will now use open slots.

When printing Form Letters in TOPS Standard from Owners or CCR via Print or Print Preview for Selected Home, All Homes or Range of Homes, once Print Letters is selected, a Select Data Source dialog box displays and the Form Letter does not print in the correct format. This issue has been resolved.

CCR > CCR Records in TOPS Standard. Resolved an issue when trying to print a form letter through CC&R, the form letter program hangs.

Resolved a Form Letter issue in TOPS Standard. The correct CCR code is now being accessed when running CCR Violation Action Letters.

Attachments. Resolved an issue after a picture is attached to a record and saved. Opening Attachments again will no longer generate a run time error.

Control Info > Copy Codes. Resolved an issue when trying to add new CCR Codes and saving. Error stated cannot save because it would create duplicate values in the index. Occurred when copying codes from one community to another that already has existing codes.

CCR Codes > Update Records. Enhancement added concerning the next action fine when updating / changing CCR Codes and updating all records.

Maintain > Street Address Search. When searching by Street Address, Street Address and Apartment Number are now displaying in numeric order.

With CCR Reminders turned on in Control Info, an issue has been resolved with mousing over the CCR module button and automatically opening the CCR Reminder window without clicking.
