Resolved an issue when data uploaded to Community Web Sites contains CR/LF in the Service Request or Work Order descriptions.

Upload Work Orders did not have the Detailed Description displaying on the web site. This now works the same as Service Request. Both Summary and Detailed Description now display.

Resolved an issue when uploading all communities. The first community will update the date and time stamp on the TOPS desktop; any community thereafter will now also update the date and time stamp.

TOPS Professional & TOPS Standard > Plug Ins > Web Integration > Service Requests > Web Service Request Control

Exiting the Web Service Request Control window does not save changes made. Added a message box warning stating "If You Exit Now Without Processing, Your Changes Will be Lost. Do You Wish to Exit Now?". Click Yes will exit and changes will be lost. Click No will return to the Web Service Request Control window.

Resolved an issue with several reports that will now post to the community's web site when the report is set to Print To: "Community Web Site". Affected modules were Owner, AR, GL, AP and Check Rec.

TOPS Standard Community Web Sites Plug-Ins > Web Integration > Service Requests

Enhancement: Released an enhancement to TOPS and AtHomeNet community web site integration to allow owners to log in to their web site, enter and submit Service Requests. These are then downloaded back into TOPS during the web site integration upload process.

In TOPS, the Service Requests can then be Approved, Rejected or left as Requests Submitted. Owners can log in to their accounts and see how their requests are being categorized.

Released major issue resolutions and enhancements to Community Web Sites in TOPS Standard (On-Site). 'Internet' > 'Community Web Sites' menu has been updated. The menu now mimics TOPS Professional.

8/4/2009 Interactive Web Sites User Session Enhancement - Users will now see a "Time-out Popup" warning message that will allow them to continue working before the time-out limit is reached while editing in various areas of the website.
8/4/2009 Interactive Web Sites Address Book Enhancement - Administrators have the option to add an "expire date" to an address book record which will disable that user's login to the website should be and "hide" that user's profile from the address book
8/4/2009 Interactive Web Sites User Profile Enhancement - Residents will be able to access their own eForm submissions under a new tab on the user profile called "My eForms"
8/4/2009 Interactive Web Sites Module Enhancement -The website now allows users to transfer any module item from one subcategory to another while editing the item. Administrators can use this as archive tool to move old newsletters or other documents from an existing module to a new module for archiving historical data.

Email Bulletin Enhancement - When sending an email bulletin, administrators can now include "personalization fields" that will allow you to customize your bulletins. The following unique values can be inserted within a bulletin:

  1. Full Name
  2. First Name
  3. Last Name
  4. Community Name
  5. Current Date/Time
  6. Current Date
  7. Current Time

212 Website Clients will also be able to insert the following unique values:

  1. Account Balance
  2. Last Payment Amount
  3. Last Payment Date
  4. Last Payment Check #

7/15/2009 Interactive Web Sites Mail Delivery Enhancement - We have made some changes with email bulletins that have significantly improved our email delivery rates. The most noticeable difference is in the sending of attachments within an email bulletin. Attached files will now appear as hyperlinks within your email bulletins. This will allow email bulletins sent to all users to be delivered more quickly and efficiently!

We introduced a new AtHomeNet Page Editor in January for the eMail Bulletin feature only. If you would like to use this new editor in the above named areas of your website, just Contact Support to have that change made.

5/04/2009 Interactive Web Sites Recycle Bin: The new Recycle Bin feature keeps content that has been deleted, whether accidentally or intentionally. Administrators can review the contents of the Recycle Bin and restore that information back to it's original location on the web site.

4/13/2009 Online Payments Resolved an issue with owner names not matching up with their accounts.
4/13/2009 Community Web Sites Resolved an issue with uploading communities to websites, but not all owner info coming through. The info not coming through was from owners who own multiple units within the community - these are the records for the 2nd or 3rd home for owners with multiple homes. Any communities with missing owners issue will need to log all users out of TOPS and Rebuild Access Data for All Communities.
4/13/2009 Community Web Sites Yearly Accounting is turned on. Resolved an issue with charge codes uploading with proper code descriptions.
4/13/2009 Community Web Sites The websync.exe utility was only successful in the cases where the website Login Name was less than 21 characters. The TOPS.mdb for each community has the field labeled UserName set to a character limit of 20 whereas the website has 50. The TOPS. MDB field has been increased to match 50 available on the website.
4/13/2009 Community Web Sites After uploading community financials, homeowner checked history and it reflected zero balance. When the uploads were done 2 days later, the history appears correct, however, the zero amount is still listed. The zero amount is confusing to homeowner. This has been resolved on the web site itself.
4/13/2009 Community Web Sites Resolved an issue with uploading to web sites not completing and getting stuck on Step 6 = Processing.
3/23/2009 Interactive Web Sites eMail Bulletin Enhancement: Administrators can now create a mail merge file for those residents who do not have an email address after sending an email bulletin to a specific address book category

  • Privately submitted forms now shows address line 1 first then the person’s name in the form title (used to be the other way around)
  • Publically submitted forms now captures “First Name” and “Last Name” fields to fill into Task Title instead of just “Publically submitted eForm”
  • Created a new web setting that controls if new tasks get setup to allow voting by default or not. Please contact support@athomenet.com to have the defaults defined for your website.

1/21/2009 Interactive Web Sites Web Settings Enhancements - New admin settings that allow you to customize your website:
  • Administrator email - Visit this to ensure we have the proper website administrator's email address on file for your website
  • Friends flag - Determine if what security level can see the "Friend List" feature (set this to "1" if you do not want this available to your Residents)
  • Profile Person1 - Set the default for what the primary person is called (currently defaults to "Resident 1")
  • Profile Person2 - Set the default for what the secondary person is called (currently defaults to "Resident 2")
