• Google_maps_on - Control whether or not to show or not show google map links in homes for sale/lease
• Icons - Control whether feature pages display an "icon" graphic next to each item
• Home_listing_format - Determine how you want your homes for sale/lease listings displayed: List View or Box Style Format
• Login_request_header - Compose your own custom text that you want to appear at the top of the Automated Login Request form
• Meta_description - Create your own web site description that a search engine will display when someone searches the web
• Meta_keywords - the keywords tag allows you to "tell" the search engines what keywords relate to your site. If you want someone who is searching the web to find Paul's peach site, you would naturally include the word "peach" as a keyword. Your use of creative keywords will help you get visitors to your site.

Web Settings Enhancements: New "Settings" available to administrators that allow you to define default sort ordering for the following features:

Session Timeout: You will now be presented with a "Session Timout" countdown clock from 15 minutes when writing text in various features that use the AtHomeNet Page Editor. Reservations - Added a new "Not Valid" status on the main reservation screen to indicate that a given time slot falls within the "open" hours of the resource but would not comply with the Minimum Reservation Time rules that are currently set on that resource.

Vendor Search Enhancement - Added the ability to repeat a search through adding a "Search Again" option when searching for vendors and viewing the "Vendor Search Results."

Homes For Sale Editing Enhancement - Added a parameter that allows an administrator to exercise control in empowering which residents/authorized users have the ability to add, edit and delete any home or lot in the Homes for Sale & Homes For Lease feature.

Task Manager Enhancement - You can now associate a Task Manager category with each eForm so submissions of that eForm automatically get posted as new Tasks in the associated Task Manager category.

Added ability to support Reservations on resources from Midnight to Midnight on a given day

State & Zipcode/Geographic Enhancement - Added an option to allow an extra character in the “state” field to support 2 or 3 characters for clients who live outside of the U.S region. Also added an option so the “Zip Code” field can be changed to “Postal Code” or whatsoever it is called in the region where your community is located. Also a plus for International clients.

New 4th Of July Email Template - Send out patriotic invitations to all of your 4th of July or Fireworks themed parties with a new eMail Bulletin template designed exclusively for such occasions.

Document Security Enhancement - Added an extra security check to the Document list to insure it is only displayed at the appropriate times.

Job Bid Enhancement - Applied Settable security level on the “View Open Job Bid” menu option so that it can be made available to the public if desired.

Fixed the Login Request feature to properly handle single quotes (apostrophes) in names and addresses

We added the option to not have Address Book profile information on the website over-written with information from the TOPS program. If this option is enabled you will still get Account balance and history, work orders, CCR and ACC information and all the other great TOPS integration including Move-in/Move-out updates. You just won’t get any standard Address book fields overwritten from TOPS. Notify a support representative if you would like more information or to have this feature enabled for any of your communities.

Resolved a issue concerning uploading 2 and 3 character community ID's. The upload would not complete the upload of all selected communities.

Resolved an rare and intermittent issue with duplicate owners appearing on the web site.

Resolved an issue when using "Activate Live Updates" along with community uploads. When owner does resale during the day it changes the record on the web site. When the nightly upload is performed, the upload will no longer change the record back.

New "Reports" menu for Admin and Board level users, initially providing two different Directory Listings (Alphabetical and by Lot Number). Reports are shown in an online "viewer" and can be easily printed or exported to PDF, Word and other formats.

You can now add an attachment to any task in the "Task Manager" feature. This is perfect for adding a scanned original of an architectural request or a quote from a vendor.

Implemented "Security level" testing on the FAQ section of "What's New" page so it only shows appropriate information based upon the viewers security level.

The Email Bulletin subscriber list is now sorted alphabetically by the user's last name as opposed to by the date subscribed.

If an Admin or Resource contact makes a reservation on an amenity, there is no longer a "request for approval" email sent to them, as they are auto-approved.

Logging information on module pages now inherits the "official module title" which prohibits others from "spamming" the statistics log records.

Those who approve reservations now have the option to add a comment to the approval email when replying by email to the reservations requester.

Administrators now have the option to completely hide various sections of the "User Profile Area" from resident view including: Profile pictures, Alternate Address, Child Information, Miscellaneous Information and Additional Information.

Administrators now have the option to automatically approve Login Requests if the email address in the request exactly matches one already in the Address Book. Email websupport@212software.com to have this enabled on your site(s).

Vendor ratings and user notes are now displayed within the Vendor Report.

When using the Vendor system, emails are now automatically sent from the email address of the user currently logged in as opposed to sending the email from the administrator email address.

When reviewing a reservation for approval, the "Decline" screen now allows the Administrator to click on the name of the person requesting the reservation to view their user profile.
