Keeping
track of covenant conditions and regulations violations can be an
arduous task, unless you use the CC&R module
in TOPS On-Site™. The CC&R module stores owner histories for
all violations. There
are six major sections in the CC&R module:
This
module allows you to Add, update, and close CC&R
violations. Track owner violation histories, Print CC&R
reports, define rules, and coordinate with hand held
organizers such as the Palm Pilot. Track
architectural changes and other ACC info through this section, as
well.
CC&R Maintenance
Use the CC&R main-tenance window to man-age CC&R violations.
View all violations, or violations by a selected owner.
CC&R Images
Digital pictures of a violation or approved change may be stored
in the CC&R violation record, and may even be printed in a
letter or report. |

CC&R Violation Actions
Quickly locate all vio-lations with actions scheduled (such as
let-ters to be printed, or referral to an attorney) through the easy
vio-lation action screen reporting. |

CC&R Codes
Each CC&R violation, or ACC record type is signified by a
code. Assigned to this code is a general or user-defined series of
action levels which may have fees and/or letters attached to
them. Default settings may be defined to speed data entry.
The CC&R module will automatically follow these steps to help
you generate the necessary letters and collections in a timely
manner. |

for the CC&R module.

Codes may be locked to discourage alterations by data entry
