For gated, guarded communities, one of the more difficult tasks
to manage is maintaining gate security. The TOPS On-Site™ Gate
Security module allows you to easily track cars entering and
exiting your community. This module includes TOPS Guard Gate for
use by guards or receptionists. Additionally,
the Hand-Held Organizer interface allows guards
to roam the grounds and still track vehicle status! There are four
major sections in the Gate Security module:

gate security module in TOPS On-Site™ allows you to track visitors coming
to your community, assign parking decals and visitor passes,
track vehicles, define gates, timestamp visitor entry, and
more.
Defining Visitors
Gate security allows you to easily add visitor data and print passes for long term visitors.
The TOPS On-Site™ Gate Security module even allows you to define
the required fields for visitor admittance. |

Vehicle Tracking
Track
owners vehicles and visitors coming into the community based on the
owner they are visiting. You may search for incoming cars
based on owner name, car color, make, model, tag number, or year of
the visiting car. |

Reports
Gate security contains a number of helpful reports which allow
you to quickly and easily get a print out of all vehicles,
residents, or visitors.
Each of the reports may be sorted in a number of ways. You may
then export your report to one of over 50 programs using a program, or even e-mail. |

Gate Management
Enter an unlimited number of gates. Define them as active or
inactive, define visitor allowances, and print labels to allow
entrance to specific gates.
All you need is a blank floppy disk to create a TOPS Guard Gate
key. Once the key has been made, simply insert the floppy into the
gate house computer to install TOPS Guard Gate. TOPS Guard Gate will
communicate directly with the Gate Security database so all guard
activity is automatically in TOPS On-Site™. |

TOPS Guard Gate is a separate program for use by guards or
receptionists. TOPS Guard Gate limits the functions available to
the operator, while simplifying program use.
Guards using TOPS Guard Gate may search for and/or add visitors
and vehicles, set timestamps, and print passes. |
