The
Pool Pass Module of TOPS On-Site™ simplifies facility
maintenance. Pool Pass includes such specialized features as
delinquency reporting and laminated picture ID passes. There are
three major sections
in the Pool Pass Module:
Pool Pass Records
Pool passes are stored in the property record of each
property. An unlimited number of passes may be defined for
each property, with the pass holder's relationship to the
owner defined for each pass. TOPS On-Site™ also stores an
optional digital image of each pass holder. |

Print Pool Passes
Simple labels may be printed with standard membership
information, or you may use Avery 5361 labels to print self
laminating picture ID card passes. Passes may be printed en
masse, or for specific homes or individuals. |

Pool Pass Reports
TOPS On-Site™ pro-vides an option to print several
reports based on stored pool pass infor-mation. |
