212 U is a new Internet training
program which offers all 212 Software users the opportunity
to learn the ins and outs of the 212 programs and functions
straight from the source. Each month, we offer a different
course designed to train users on the processes and
procedures to complete the 212 Software functions that
you use every day. We have developed several classes,
from new community set-up to year-end processing and
everything else in between.
Users connect to the class
via telephone and an Internet conference software. This
allows each user to see exactly what our instructor
is doing on his or her computer. Each course lasts about
an hour, and includes a question and answer period at
the completion of the course. Prior to the date of the
course, students are provided with an outline of the
topics that will be covered, and various course materials,
such as checklists for functions and sample layouts
or codes appropriate to the course topic.
For more information on 212 U, please
check out our web site, www.212university.com.
Here we will post course schedules, syllabi, and other
pertinent information regarding 212 U. Registered students
will receive a login ID and password that will allow
them to download class material in advance of the course
date. Additionally, we are developing a certification
program for some of the larger, more involved modules
like CC&R/ACC Enforcement.
Anyone new to 212 Software can
become more proficient by utilizing our three hour Orientation/Overview,
which will walk you through the basic steps of using
the software. When you make your 321™ purchase, be sure
to schedule the free orientation included with your
purchase. If you are an existing 212 Software customer,
you may purchase the orientation through the 212
Software Online Customer Care Center.
The orientation is a brief overview of each of the modules within the 321™ Basic System. The orientation is split into two 1 1/2 hour online classes. Orientations are scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM Eastern Time.
To schedule your orientation, please email orientations@212software.com. Please include in your email the name of your company, your client ID, contact name, and phone number along with dates and times you will be available
If you prefer to have our trainer
come to your office, please contact our Training
Department to set up an on-site training session.
The training will use your systems, your data, and be
customized to fit your needs.
